Building Use

Text Box: Building Use Costs and Responsibilities     Our building use guidelines outlined here have a "member" and "non-member" category.  Our members who are taking part and are contributing to the upkeep of our building and ministry generally have a smaller custodial fee than non-members.  These are listed below.       MEMBERS                                                                            NON-MEMBERS    Funerals  - no charge                                                         no charge    Weddings, custodial fee - $125.00 custodial               $300.00 building use, $125.00 custodial    Wedding rehearsal dinner - $25.00 custodial              $150.00 building use, $25.00 custodial    Wedding reception - $75.00  custodial                         $250.00 building use, $50.00 custodial      Receptions/Social gathering - $50.00 custodial       $150.00 building use, $50.00 custodial     Bridal/Baby Showers, $25.00 custodial                          $50.00 building use, $25.00 custodial              Additional Building/Facility Use Policy and/or Guidelines         School and non profit groups who use our building for less than one and a half hours will not be charged         School and non profit groups who use the building for more than one and a half hours will be charged a  $50.00 building use fee.  The sponsor  (see top of page for sponsor details)  will be responsible to make sure the building is back to its original condition or a $50.00 custodial fee will be added.         Custodial fees will be waived (except for weddings, receptions, and dinners) for members of Christ Lutheran Church if they set up and take down tables and chairs and leave the church facility as they found it.  The member is responsible to check with the church custodian to make sure the building is left as it was found.  If the custodian finds that the building was not returned to its pre meeting condition the custodian fee will be required.     Welcome
